Return Process

  Log into your ESR TECH account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
